ABOUT PROJECT
Phuket Health & Wellness Resort is conceived as a holistic residential retreat that seamlessly blends luxury living with a nature-oriented lifestyle. Set within a lush tropical landscape, the project is composed of low-rise residential clusters and private villas organized around a central lagoon, creating a resort-like environment that prioritizes well-being, privacy, and experiential living. Developed through a design approach that integrates architecture, landscape, and lifestyle programming, the project establishes a strong dialogue between built form and natural context. Water elements, dense vegetation, and curated communal amenities work together to form a cohesive spatial narrative, where everyday life is elevated through a continuous connection to nature. Interior spaces and visual storytelling have been carefully redefined to reflect a contemporary yet warm living atmosphere, while the architectural language has been refined to emphasize horizontality, transparency, and material richness. The result is a distinctive residential destination that merges investment value with a unique wellness-driven living experience.

FLOOR PLANS
The planning strategy of Phuket Health & Wellness Resort is structured around a central landscape spine, where circulation, social spaces, and water features are orchestrated to create a fluid and intuitive spatial experience across the site. Residential units are positioned to maximize views toward the lagoon and landscaped areas, ensuring a strong visual and physical connection to the outdoors.
Within the villa typologies, spatial organization follows a clear functional hierarchy.
Ground floors are designed as open-plan living zones, where kitchen, dining, and lounge areas seamlessly extend դեպի terraces, private gardens, and infinity pools, enabling a continuous indoor–outdoor living experience. Upper and lower levels accommodate more private functions such as bedrooms and relaxation spaces, ensuring a balanced transition between social and intimate zones.
Wet areas and service spaces are strategically consolidated to enhance technical efficiency, while circulation is kept clear and direct to support usability. Variations in unit types and mirrored layouts introduce diversity across the development without compromising overall coherence, resulting in a planning system that is both rational and experientially rich.
GALLERY
The architectural language of the project is defined by a contemporary tropical aesthetic, where clean horizontal lines are softened by natural materials and lush vegetation. Wide overhangs, transparent façades, and layered terraces contribute to a sense of depth while providing climatic responsiveness and shading.
Natural materials such as wood, stone, and textured surfaces are used to create a warm and tactile architectural identity, while large glazing panels establish a seamless transition between interior and exterior spaces. The interplay of solid and void, opacity and transparency, generates a balanced composition that enhances both privacy and openness.
In the landscape and communal areas, organic forms and lightweight structures introduce a more expressive architectural layer, reinforcing the resort character of the project. Interiors complement this approach with a restrained material palette, refined detailing, and controlled natural light, resulting in calm, sophisticated, and timeless living environments that fully embody the project’s wellness-oriented vision.
